We always start cooperation with partnership and trust

The foundation of successful cooperation is mutual trust and clear rules. That's why the process of signing an agreement at MQS is simple, transparent, and tailored to your needs. We want you to feel confident at every stage and know what to expect when starting cooperation with us.

Signing Agreement
  • Step 1

    Choosing the cooperation model

This is a fundamental stage where we adjust the billing model to the scale and nature of your project. Our goal is to choose a solution that ensures the greatest flexibility and predictability.

    Fixed Price Agreement

We use this model for projects valued up to 10,000 PLN. It is an ideal solution for smaller, precisely defined tasks, where we determine the exact scope of work and a fixed, unchanging price in advance. This guarantees full budget predictability and is a great option to start with, e.g., for MVP projects.

    Time & Material Agreement

For larger, complex projects valued over 10,000 PLN, where requirements may evolve, we use the Time & Material model. We bill for the actual time spent by our team. This ensures maximum flexibility, fits into agile methodologies (Agile), and gives you full control over the project's development through regular reports.

  • Step 2

    Preparing the agreement

Based on the data you provide, we prepare a draft agreement. Then we send it to you, giving you time to calmly review the document and submit any comments.

  • Step 3

    Signing documents

We value your time, which is why we standardly use electronic document circulation. The agreement can be signed using a qualified electronic signature or a dedicated remote signing platform.

  • Step 4

Completion of work and acceptance protocol

The form of work acceptance is flexibly adapted to the cooperation model we chose at the beginning. This ensures clarity and mutual confirmation that the project is heading in the right direction and has been implemented according to the arrangements.

Final acceptance in Fixed Price agreement

In the case of projects with a pre-defined scope and budget, the culmination of our work is a single, final acceptance protocol. It confirms that all functionalities and elements included in the agreement have been implemented according to your expectations.

Partial and final acceptances in Time & Material agreement

With flexible cooperation in the Time & Material model, we often divide work into stages (e.g., sprints). After each completed stage, we sign a partial acceptance protocol. This gives you the opportunity to regularly verify progress and confirm the compliance of the work performed on an ongoing basis. The entire project is closed, as in the first model, by a final acceptance protocol.
