The application integrates with external port systems in the USA, Canada, and Europe, automatically retrieving vehicle photos upon intake and container loading statuses. A key element is the 'Digital Docs' module, which gathers all documentation (titles, invoices, Bill of Lading, customs clearances) in one secure location. This provides clients with full process transparency and reduces transport status inquiries by 80%.
