Requirements
- Min. 2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry (ideally a software house).
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence, proactivity, and excellent work organization.
- Fluent English (min. C1 level) in speech and writing.
Nice to have
- Experience in selling services to the FinTech or MarTech sectors.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and technologies (AI, Cloud, Python, React).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- An established personal network of business contacts.
