Key Account Manager

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry (ideally a software house).
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence, proactivity, and excellent work organization.
  • Fluent English (min. C1 level) in speech and writing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling services to the FinTech or MarTech sectors.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and technologies (AI, Cloud, Python, React).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • An established personal network of business contacts.
