Junior Project Manager

Requirements

• Min. 6 months of experience (including internships) in IT project management or team coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at min. B2 level (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Proactivity and a problem-solving attitude.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Willingness to obtain certifications (e.g., PSM I, CAPM).
• Completed or ongoing studies in Management or a technical field.
